Nice reasonably priced headset!
This headset works as advertised. (CISCO 7821). I do have a big head but it is quite comfortable. Added plus is I can be heard clearly even though I am wearing an N95 mask.

- bought a bunch of them for my office

- Requires a separate adapter (M12 or M22) for use with certain phone models, adding to the cost and complexity
