More likely 3.5 stars. It's a good product and I'm happy with it, but there are some typical Chinese quality control issues that need to be addressed. As another reviewer noted, the aluminum terminals were not crimped properly. I was able to easily unplug the cables and that would have allowed you to lose the pins. Luckily I have a crimping tool and was able to fix it. One of my pins likes to stick. This sometimes allows the ball detents to remain disengaged. A few clicks of the thumb activate it. That's something to keep in mind so my pen doesn't fall out. Maybe I just have a broken bracelet. The good news is that they are much stronger than OEM rubber bands. I'm sick of watching my hood bounce up and down the highway. They are also easy to put on and take off. As a bonus. they look cool! And that's all that matters.
