Using benefitsfocus was great experience and very user friendly

It is easy for me as an agent/broker who needs this option at our firm's disposal to use my personal smartphone or computer rather than having to go into one place where I am not familiar (I'm used to going in once).
The system does take some getting used too! Some features are difficult to find if you don't know what it should be called under so that maybe could help? Benefits focus has helped us increase sales by increasing employee retention rates - which leads directly back to new business from happy employees = more revenue!!

Pros

Easy access
Wide availability, works well with almost any internet browser.
Helps generate better productivity reports within internal departments like HR & Finance etc.to improve overall performance management systems across all areas including accounting / finance departmental staffs also working remotely via their home computers using laptops when necessary..etc..all without disrupting work flow schedules...and we can do everything while being mobile anywhere around town even out shopping mall food court cafe restaurants..or just
