Just received today to organize my old hard drives. The rainbow of colors that comes in the box can be a pretty useful metric if you're running a system where you're constantly changing the drive you're backing up to. I've heard that some people do this to reduce wear and tear on a hard drive and increase the likelihood that at least one of them will have the file they need without rotting. I really only have two hits on the product that keep it from working. 5 stars from me.1. The drive could be a little tighter. I don't mind because mine fits in my hard drive drawer. But if you used them to carry discs, While they are protected from static and accidental shocks, the fact that you can use them as maracas is a little less than ideal.2. While the locking covers are clearly not going to pop open and splatter your hard drive everywhere, it's also clear that with overuse the plastic will wear down, wear down and eventually snap off. Again, this isn't a huge issue for my use case, but if you're getting in and out frequently you'll want them to have a different mechanism for closing. that the plastic is stressed, worn out and finally broken with too much use.
