it's a horn / to test it put a set of wires on a horn then plug the horn into the cab to sound the horn then repeat you with another. The included mount works well. THE PROBLEM is that the jacks coming out of the horns are in different places so my wires on the truck didn't reach the top horn. To solve this problem, I cut the longest wire as much as possible, leaving the ends of the connector. Then on the new horn I put a piece of tape on a wire and another piece of tape on the horn connector to make sure the wire returns to that connector in the final step. Then I cut off the ends of the plugs. of the longest wires of the new horn. Strip both sets of wires [new and old] Twist an old wire and a new wire together and connect them together with a small twist on the electrical cap, then wrap with electrical tape starting with the wire and wrapping the tape around the wire to the end of the cap. Otherwise sounds great
