The shaper itself is pretty comfortable. The crotch snaps are not ideal. Not only are the hooks facing in the direction that is less convenient for hooking/unhooking but they are also placed back further than is comfortable on the crotch. Also, on this style the the upper straps aren’t super comfortable even after loosening. The cut of the straps digs into the armpit area causing a bit of friction that leaves you a bit raw by the end of the day.
