Review on πŸ”’ LIBERRWAY Shackles 3/4" (2 Pack) 57,000 lbs Break Strength with 7/8'' Pin D Ring Shackle - Rugged Off Road Shackles for Heavy Duty Vehicle Recovery, Black by Brent Henderson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Why is the WLL 9,000 pounds and the gap 57,000?

So I bought these for my Tesla X just in case I get stuck and need to unplug (and yes you can charge a Tesla by plugging it into the drive and unplugging it, it's like a trigger). The x model is very heavy so I got these which are grossly overpriced until you READ the stamp on the part. They are advertised as 57,000lb strength BUT the piece says WLL 4 3/4 tons. WLL is the workload limit. So you're saying this has a 9,000lb load limit and still stays together up to 57,000lbs? You should be aware that they are extra heavy and come with rubber o-rings, which I'm not sure what for, but let's assume for the areas between the rings and the strut. I will only take one of these in the car as they are HEAVY. If helpful please let me know.

Pros
  • These are amazing
Cons
  • Long delivery time
