I just started my fitness journey and I do not leave my house without it! Super easy to use and remove.
Very comfortable to use as I work out.

- I wished it had more thicker padding but it still serves the purpose. It is Inexpensive and productive.
Cons
- The Barbell Squat Pad can be cumbersome to carry around
