I am very upset, the product is no good.

The coverage area is zero - already behind the wooden wall the signal passes halfway, the coverage area in a straight line is 10-15 meters. At a dacha in a wooden house on the street, the signal is almost no longer received, while conventional routers cover almost the entire area under the same conditions. The stability of Wi-Fi is disgusting: the speed over the local network floats from maximum to 0 a few centimeters from the device (in the absence of other subscribers). At the same time, the point itself can be connected both by wire and through Mesh - there is no difference. At the same time, the signal from the wire goes stably at the maximum, as well as when connected via another Wi-Fi device. There are practically no settings. If everything else worked, one could turn a blind eye to this, then in the conditions of an attempt to "fine tune" it simply kills. At the same time, for normal configuration, each device must be connected to the Internet, otherwise the visibility of devices for configuration may not be available. The change in state does not occur immediately, and you can only find out after a few minutes that one of your points has fallen off. Therefore, it is highly desirable that after configuration, the points do not reconnect or reboot. All in all, I would not recommend this system to anyone. I tried both this system and the "older" Deco M5 model, everything is the same.

Pros
  • The ability to build a wireless network based on Mesh-technology "without loss of signal speed" when wirelessly connecting points to each other. Possibility to cover the house with seamless Wi-Fi
Cons
  • Unstable Wi-Fi network with a small coverage area. Long network rebuilding in case of any changes. Terrible network setup.
