Perfect fit and easy installation Wrangler 2002

Great quality and they fit my Wrangler perfectly. They are very easy to install and I will walk you through the steps for my 2002 model year. 1- There is a rubber cover under the jeep, behind the steering wheel and just below the taillight. Pull on it and you will see the wiring harness that connects to the taillight. Disable it. There's a tab that you press to release and then it slides out. 3- From the outside of the vehicle, unscrew the four screws that secure the taillight cover (Phillips screwdriver). 4- After removing the headlight cover, remove the three screws that attach the taillight to the jeep (socket wrench with extension). The rest is self-explanatory, at this point simply slide the taillight into the new housing and reassemble. in reverse order. Notes: One reviewer mentioned being able to remove the bulb assembly and route the wiring harness through a hole on the driver's side so he didn't have to crawl under the car. The same thing happened to my jeep. Like this reviewer, I also had to crawl under the floor to disconnect the passenger side wiring harness. Still very easy. Wear safety goggles as dirt will get into your eyes when you open the lid and remove the seat belt. Several reviews mention the need to purchase longer screws. My jeep already had frames around the taillights so the screws that came with them were long enough. In any case, you can widen the screw one size to make sure it is tight.
