Looking good and size very well however used it once and the inner liner is already cut. We did not put anything sharp inside, only cans and they pinched the liner on first use which already made this backpack no more leak proof. Very disappointing and since it was purchased for a friend it's double disappointing when it does not pass one use.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxI need to update as I have talked to customer service and they have replaced the faulty one with a brand new one and absolutely great customer service. Tina was amazing and with this I give them now 5 stars because product can have issues however customer service standing behind their product is absolutley amazing.
